For arcade game shipping, we do require that the machine be on a pallet. If your game does not fit on a standard pallet (48" x 40"), you can tie more than one pallet together and we'll take the machine that way. We require pallets because they provide a more stable and safer way to transport the arcade machine.
Preparing Your Arcade Machine for Shipping
Wrap in Cardboard & Mobile Wrap
Cover the entire machine in cardboard first, then secure everything with multiple layers of mobile wrap to protect against scratches and impact.
Secure to a Pallet
Use ratchet straps or metal banding to firmly secure the wrapped machine to the pallet. Ratchet straps are recommended for best results.
Center the Machine
It's important to center the machine on the pallet for balanced weight distribution. This ensures stability during transport.
Oversized Machines
If your cabinet doesn't fit a standard 48" x 40" pallet, tie two pallets together. We'll accept any properly secured machine on a pallet, regardless of size.
