Who ships pinball machines across the country?

Coin Machine Shippers ships pinball machines, arcade machines, jukeboxes, slot machines, vending machines and other coin-op equipment to and from all 50 states. Pickup and delivery are door to door, with liftgate and inside delivery available.

How do I ship an arcade machine I bought at an auction?

Send Coin Machine Shippers the auction house, lot number and pickup deadline, and we coordinate the pickup for you. We pick up from live, online and estate auctions nationwide, often the same week, so you avoid storage fees.

How much does it cost to ship a pinball machine?

The cost depends on the pickup and delivery locations and how the machine is packed: legs off on a pallet, crated, or legs on. Quotes are free; send the two ZIP codes through the quote form or call 866.216.7742 for an exact price.

How long does it take to ship a pinball or arcade machine?

Most coin-op shipments deliver in 3 to 10 business days, depending on distance. Same-week pickup is available in most areas, and one carrier manages your shipment the whole way.

Can slot machines and vending machines be shipped?

Yes. Coin Machine Shippers ships antique and modern slot machines, Pachislo machines, soda and snack vending machines, and antique Coke machines. Slot machine ownership laws vary by state, so we confirm the destination is permitted before shipping.

Can a pinball or arcade machine be shipped internationally?

Yes. We arrange crating plus ocean or air freight to Canada, Europe, Australia and other international destinations for pinball, arcade, jukebox and other coin-op machines.

How do I prepare a pinball machine for shipping?

Take the legs off, fold down and secure the backbox, and set the machine on a pallet. Remove the balls, secure the glass, and wrap the machine in moving blankets and stretch film. We walk you through each step when you book.

Are machines insured during shipping?

Yes. Coverage options are available on every shipment. For high-value or rare machines, ask us about declared value coverage for your shipment.

Why use a coin-op specialist instead of a general shipper?

A coin-op specialist knows how to prep, load and protect these machines. Coin Machine Shippers has been in business since 2000, only ships coin-op, and uses one professional freight carrier from pickup to delivery, so there are no handoffs and fewer chances for damage.

The single-carrier difference

One company. Pickup to delivery.

One professional carrier is responsible for your machine from the moment it is picked up until it is delivered, so you always know who to call and nobody passes the blame.

Pickup scheduled and confirmed with you

Updates from the same company the whole way
Delivery scheduled and completed by the same carrier

Lower rates
Single-carrier efficiency typically runs 40–60% cheaper than a moving company for palletized coin-op.
Careful handling
Machines are wrapped, padded and strapped for the trip, and nothing is stacked on top of them.
Faster transit
Most shipments deliver in 3–10 business days, depending on distance.
One point of contact
One company knows where your machine is from pickup to delivery. No finger-pointing between carriers.
